Knowing your ACA obligations is one thing. Deciding how to respond to them is another.

Following his August WASS Wednesday presentation, John from RightPath Benefits returns to take the ACA conversation one step further, this time focusing on the business decisions larger staffing firms face once they know they are an Applicable Large Employer (ALE).

How do you balance cost against risk? Where does competitiveness enter the equation? And what do you gain, or give up, with each approach?

John will walk through a practical decision matrix and explore several strategies staffing companies may consider, including:

• Minimum Value Compliance: building affordable benefits around Minimum Value requirements
• High-Value Talent: ACA-compliant benefits designed to compete for professional, IT, healthcare and other specialized talent

The conversation will also examine the questions that can shape your strategy. Are clients expecting competitive benefits? Could benefits help you recruit and retain specialized talent? And how much risk are you comfortable accepting in exchange for a lower monthly cost?
